More than 70 years later, we still run our business the same way. We are committed to making you happy and we stand behind our products and service. Before you make the purchase of a rug at our store, we encourage you to take home a sample rug or sample materials for a custom order. You will be able to make the best decision about the rug you have chosen when you see it in your home with your lighting and your furnishings. If the rug you have taken home “on approval” does not fit your space or current décor, you will then be able to return it and choose another. All custom rug orders are final.
